Please make checks payable to Liz Wagner. DUE MARCH 20TH, 2017.

Crooked Row Farm 2017 CSA Agreement

Select Share: (NOTE: If you are a returning customer, you get to pay the rate you paid previously. Hooray!)

Full Share ($500.00) – 20-22 weeks of seasonally mixed, washed, hand-harvested and hand-packed fresh vegetables, 5-8  items. Payment of the total cost of the subscription guarantees 20-22 weeks of delivery. Delivery dates start from May 26.

Half Share (325.00) – 20-22 weeks of seasonally mixed, washed, hand-harvested and hand-packed fresh vegetables. Payment of the total cost o the subscription guarantees 20-22 weeks of delivery. Delivery dates start from May 26.

Note: Share Additions are “Half” (every other week) or “Full” (every week)

Egg Shares: – 22 or 11 weeks of delicious eggs from our pastured, soy-free fed, delightfully happy chickens. $105 for weekly delivery or $55 for every-other week delivery.
The Nesting Box hens live in the shadow of Hawk Mountain, so they are not pastured or they would be very often eaten, but Timi’s family grows their own non-GMO feed on site and is a spectacular chicken mom. Phil Kelly’s chickens roam free in his forested-property in Mertztown. Delicious eggs. And we hope to have our own flock at a new home in Orefield this season! Details TBA.

Monocacy Coffee ($105) – 2lbs of locally-roasted flavors each month
https://www.facebook.com/monocacycoffeeco/

 Lehigh Valley Kombucha – (Half/$100 or $210, Full/$200 or $420) – a 750ml bottle or a gallon of local, healthy, flavored, freshly-bottled Kombucha.

 Cheese (Half/60 or Full/$110) 1 1⁄2 lb block from various local cheese-makers

Wayfare Baker Bread Share (Half/$75 Full/$150) 1 loaf of John’s unique and varied sourdough flavors. More can be ordered as needed via his website, to be delivered with your shares. Contact him directly for more details.

Fruit (Half/60 Full/$120) This one is new for me. It will be what is seasonally available, and it would guarantee you a container of fruit every week. Sometimes I add fruit sporadically as a veggie item depending upon availability, but this way you would definitely get some all the time. A pint of blueberries, a quart of strawberries, a basket of peaches or apples, etc. I will say that a lot of the available stone fruit I would source is local, and from farmers I know, but it is not organic. Strawberries and blueberries I can find as organic around here, depending on the weather, but apples, peaches, plums etc. are really tricky. I’m thinking $120 for a full share (weekly) and $60 for a half (every other week).

Meat Shares or a monthly meat buyer’s club from local, pastured sources are also available for CSA participants. Contact me for more info!

Your Agreement
I want to participate as a seasonal subscription member in the 2017 CSA Program at Crooked Row Farm. By submitting this form I accept the conditions and terms of this venture, which are:

1. As a subscription member I fully accept sharing the risk of crop failure from all factors beyond the farmer’s control, knowing that it may affect the availability of certain crops and the amounts that I will receive throughout the season.

2. As a subscription member I fully accept sharing the plunder from the farm and the adventure of the unusual, exciting and potentially strange locally-produced foods available from the property.
